Welcome to Snout. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before using Snout or purchasing any of our services. By accessing or using Snout, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. General Information
1.1 About Snout
Snout, Inc. (“Snout”) provides digital products and training-related services designed to help dog parents train, track, and connect with their pets.
These Terms apply to our website (www.snoutapp.com), mobile applications (the “App”), and any other service or feature we make available. The term “Device” refers to any computer, smartphone, tablet, or similar device used to access our Products.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Snout.

1.2 Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE NOTE: These Terms include a binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver. Except for certain limited disputes, you agree that all conflicts related to these Terms or your use of Snout will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court and not as part of a class action.
1.3 Basis of Agreement
(a) These Terms, together with any order, plan, or subscription you select, form the entire agreement between you and Snout.
(b) If additional terms apply to specific programs or offers, those terms will also apply and take precedence where necessary.
(c) By using Snout, you consent to the processing and storage of your personal data in the United States, and you acknowledge that privacy protections may differ from those in your country of residence.
1.4 Changes to These Terms
Snout may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect upon posting to our website or app. Your continued use of Snout after any changes means you accept the revised Terms. When appropriate, we may also notify you by email or in-app notification.
2. Memberships and Subscriptions
2.1 Becoming a Member
You can register as a Snout Member free of charge. Registration may require an email address, password, and limited user information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities under your account.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into contracts.
The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
Your use of Snout complies with applicable laws.
2.2 Use by Minors
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Users under 18 may only use Snout with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.
2.3 Membership Benefits
Members may access certain features, training content, and limited free materials. By joining, you consent to receiving occasional promotional and product-related emails. You can unsubscribe anytime by following the instructions in those emails.
Memberships and subscriptions are non-transferable.
2.4 Subscription Options
Snout may offer both:
Free Access: Limited features and content.
Paid Subscriptions: Full access to all content and tools.
Subscriptions may be available on a monthly, annual, or promotional basis and are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). All billing and refund policies are subject to the terms of those platforms.
You may cancel auto-renewal through your account settings on your device or by contacting support@snoutapp.com. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not available unless required by law.
2.5 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3. Cancellation
3.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual plans may include a 15-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, email support@snoutapp.com within 30 days of purchase.
3.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse Snout. Termination may occur immediately and without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Interfere with the operation of Snout or other users’ experience.
Use Snout for research or analysis without written consent.
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and media available through Snout are owned by Snout, Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use Snout content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Some limited content may be shareable on social platforms when explicitly marked for such use.
6. User Content
You may upload or submit videos, photos, comments, or other content (“User Material”) through Snout.
By doing so, you grant Snout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the Snout Platform.
You represent that:
You own or have the right to share any content you upload.
It does not infringe on others’ rights or violate laws.
You have consent from anyone who appears in your content.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Availability and Maintenance
We strive to keep Snout available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Occasional maintenance or updates may temporarily affect access. If you experience an issue, please contact support@snoutapp.com.
8. Disclaimers
Snout provides information and training materials for educational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about results.
Snout is not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, or behavioral advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your dog’s health or behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Snout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Snout in the past 12 months.
Your use of Snout is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You waive any right to participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings.
11. General Provisions
Assignment: Snout may transfer its rights under these Terms; you may not.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Snout.
